The Banrock Station Reserve Vermentino has been sourced from two separate vineyards in Cobdogla and Cooltong. Each vineyard had their grapes picked at different ripeness levels then crushed together to bring together the freshness and aromatic complexity that can be found in Vermentino. This wine during the winemaking process was gently tank pressed, cold settled and then lightly racked to ferment.
